What inspired you to become a dentist?

I was always drawn to a path where I could combine a love for working with my hands with a desire to truly help people in a tangible, everyday way. Dentistry turned out to be the perfect intersection. It’s a privilege to practice a craft that lets me relieve someone's discomfort or help them regain their confidence all in a single visit

Honestly, it’s the quiet moments of connection. While fixing a tooth or restoring a smile is incredibly satisfying, the best part of my day is helping someone feel completely at ease in the chair. When a patient arrives nervous and leaves laughing or just feeling relieved, that’s when I know I’ve done my job well. It's about taking care of the person, not just their teeth.

I like to think of my care as a partnership built on listening and patience. Every person comes in with a different background, different comfort levels, and different goals for their health. My focus is simply to listen first, explain everything clearly without any judgment, and move at whatever pace feels safest for the patient. You are always the one in control of your care.
